"Last year we remodeled our home. The remodel included tearing out ceramic tile and replacing it with wood, changing out the carpeting, repainting the entire house, replacing all of the lighting fixtures, gutting the bathrooms and installing new custom vanities and mirrors, tub and shower surrounds, bringing the kitchen up to date by removing wallpaper, installing granite counter tops, repainting cabinetry, installing new appliances, sink and plumbing fixtures, reworking out fireplace and stair railings and replacing our front door. All of this work was done beautifully with the oversight of Brenda and Martin Morgan and their company, Morgan Holland Homes.
Morgan Holland Homes runs their business very professionally. Our phone calls were always answered or returned quickly. We always knew what was expected of us, when payments would be due and when subcontractors would be in our home. If I was unable to be at home, someone from Morgan Holland Homes would come to let the subs in and supervise their work. Communicating our wishes was very easy with Brenda or Martin. They oversaw all the work and inspected everything on a regular basis. If something wasn't up to their satisfaction, it was resolved quickly and painlessly. All of the subcontractors that were used on our home were very respectful of us and of our property. I felt completely comfortable with every one that came to the house. With little exception, the crews and materials showed up on time.
All the work on our home was completed on time and within budget. We ended up spending more than our original bid, but that was only due to the changes we opted for. Everything was clearly spelled out in our contract and was strictly adhered to. We understood when we signed the contract exactly what was included in the bid.
Our experience was 100% satisfaction with Morgan Holland Homes. We are so happy with all of the changes and would highly recommend Morgan Holland Homes to anyone asking!"

"I wanted to send you a short note regarding the work done by Martin Morgan and your wonderful staff. As you might recall, we arrived here from spending 19 years in Germany. This was truly our first home and I simply wanted to buy my wife something special. To say that the home you built for us is special is an understatement!
Most importantly, we have had constant care and assistance from Martin and your staff. While in Europe, I was the city manager for four American communities and controlled over 8100 housing units. I am well aware of the demands and requirements to have good people on the ground putting out fires and taking care of business before business becomes a problem.
That is not the case here. Never did I expect to arrive in a "civilian" community and get the type of first class treatment we have experienced while purchasing one of your homes. It is natural to assume that we would be treated well while in the process of purchasing, but little did we know that the best was yet to come. Martin and his staff have addressed every single question and issue we have had. What is even more inspiring is that he checks on us weekly and asks us if he can help. Imagine that, someone really cares what we think AFTER we buy the product!"
