Martin Morgan, of Morgan Holland Homes, has enjoyed the reputation of being one of the top residential construction and development owner-operators in Texas for over 30 years.  Beginning in 1984, when he founded Holland-Bard, Inc., he has focused on building only the highest quality products and providing outstanding, personalized customer service. 

Martin has a broad range of experience developing subdivisions, building high-end, custom homes and providing innovative, extensive remodeling projects to Central and North Texas Communities.  Martin grew up in Dallas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1981.  Along with operating his own company, Martin spent three years as a builder in the Custom Homes Division of David Weekley Homes and Huntington Homes, overseeing projects in the Dallas area.  In addition, he contracted his services as a construction manager to upper-end builders, including Ventura Custom Homes and McKinley Homes, completing custom construction projects in the $500,000 to multi-million dollar range.  Among other accomplishments, Martin was instrumental in the development of Crosstimber Hills, a 197 lot custom home project and Coventry Manor, an exclusive, high-end subdivision in Southlake, TX.
